Delete your account

Delete in the app
- Open Universal ATC and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account & Subscription → Delete account.
- Review the warning, verify your password and authenticator code if enabled, then confirm deletion.
Can’t access the app?
Email your request from the address registered to your Universal ATC account. Include “Account deletion request” and your account email. We may verify that you control the account before processing the request.

Never send your password, payment-card details, private keys or one-time security codes.
Data deleted or anonymised
- Your authentication account and profile, including display name and callsign.
- Cloud-synchronised app settings.
- Trial, promotion and Premium entitlement records linked only to the deleted account, except records that must be retained.
- Other account-linked content that is not required to be retained.
Data that may be retained
Limited records may be retained for legal, tax, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes. This can include transaction references, purchase-verification results and records needed to prevent abuse of a one-time trial. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and removed or anonymised when no longer required. Provider backups expire through their normal protected backup cycle.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Account deletion does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel in the store to avoid future charges. You can request deletion without waiting for a subscription to expire.

Local downloads
Account deletion does not necessarily remove local downloads immediately. Remove resources through app controls where available, clear the app’s storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app.
